Do you use pads if you have a csection? I don't want to go buy a huge thing of them and never use them since I know I have decent chances of having a csection. I don't know if you have the same bleeding that you do with a vaginal birth. TIA

Oh you'll need them. The bleeding is pretty much the same as a vaginal birth. And they'll give you some giant ones at the hospital to use the first few days.

Take all you can get from the hospital. The ones that you can buy at the store are not enough.
