I thought M lost a toe this weekend.

We were at the river, and I was feeding M a bottle on the sandbar. I sat down in a beach chair under the easy-up and went to recline it when one of M's toes got pinched.

I put my hand down on his foot and it was covered in blood, I FREAKED out. We put pressure on it and then looked to see how bad it was and was sliced right under his pinky toe, not too bad. The amount of blood was so much for such a little cut.

I felt like crap the rest of the day.

I was clipping DS nails this weekend when I snipped off a bit of a finger. He winced, but otherwise did not cry. In fact, he smiled at me as I cried and felt like a horrible mom! I didn't think his finger was ever going to stop bleeding.

I'm glad your little one's toe is intact!

How scary! I cried when I clipped a tiny chunk of his thumb. I cannot imagine how you felt. I'm so sorry.

I was burping DS this a.m. and he got his arm caught under himself and it must have hurt, I also didn't realize he did it or I would have fixed it before putting him over my shoulder and he screamed bloody murder. I felt so horrible and DH came running. I still feel bad, poor kid. But he is fine. Nothing happened, it probably just pinched him.

I just did this this am...I felt terrible and it bled forever! ?It is nice to know I am not alone.?
