Do you plan to continue to wear your e-ring/wedding ring even after it gets too tight on your finger during your pregnancy? DH and I were discussing this yesterday, and he told me that he would rather I take it off than be in pain (it happened once or twice before when I had too much salty food and my ring became painfully tight). I was really surprised that he said this!
Re: Rings
If they hurt me, I will take them off. With DD I wore my wedding band up until I left for the hospital, but I had to take my engagement ring off at some point when it got too tight.
My friend got an inexpensive, plain band in a larger size to wear during most of her pregnancy. She said she felt naked without a ring on
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

Right now I am wearing the plain band that I got married in (DH and I had separate plain bands for the ceremony) because it is bigger. DH was very against the necklace idea for some reason (I did suggest it).

I will not wear them if it gets too uncomfortable which I am sure will happen. I can't even wear my rings to bed because my fingers swell at night and I will wake up in pain.
Oooh that's a good idea. Maybe I'll get one of those giant fake things that's made to look like J. Lo's ring or something.
No way would I wear it if I was uncomfortable.
I've had to take mine off because it was cutting off circulation-mostly at night.
But you can bet that at the wedding, reguardless, that pretty lil thing will be on my fat finger-
Yea I doubt at that point you will "just wear them anyways" its not that easy. lol Plus I want to be comfortable. Im still wearing mine but a few times it was a little tougher getting them off. so maybe soon it might be time. idk
just get a fake adujstable band or something
Why is this a dumb question? I never leave the house without my rings on, unless they are being cleaned or something similar. To me they are a symbol of the loving bond between me and my husband. Again, why is this a dumb question?
I'm so confused by this question. Why on earth would I risk damage to the ring or my finger by continuing to wear it?
How odd.
I intend to buy a cheap plain band of some kind if I have to go up in size, but mostly because I can't stand not having a ring on. I've worn a ring on that finger since I was 15, so it feels really weird.

Because if they get too tight, they can cut off circulation? ffs, how is this NOT a dumb question?
I never take my rings off either, except to get them cleaned, but you can bet that if they get too tight for me to wear they will be coming off.
I'm taking mine off at the first sign of tightness.
I'm planning on getting an inexpensive ring set in a larger size...I feel naked without my rings and I'd constantly be driving myself nuts wondering where my rings were.
