Is this ok?

I fed DS at 10pm at my moms. We got home and by 1130 nothing would calm him down but another bottle. Hes been doing this and I was assuming its a growth spurt. He spit up at about 12. Im assuming bc I overfed him and he has reflux. He went to sleep about 1230 and JUST woke up at 515.So since he spit up at the last small bottle he technically hasnt ate since 10pm. 7 hours??? Is that normal?

also, someone mentioned earlier that the spit up could be vomit and to make sure he doesnt have a temp. I hate to do a rectal...he doesnt feel hot at all. He would feel hot like we do if he has a temp...right?

am I just being paranoid?

    I don't see why he would be sick just for sleeping 7 hours...maybe you're just lucky!

    When my DD was that young my pedi told me not to let her go more than 4 hours w/o food so I didn't but a lot of people let their LOs sleep all through the night at that age and they are fine. I wouldn't worry about it. Plus, just b/c she spit up at her 11:30 feeding doesn't mean she didn't get anything from it. She had 30 minutes to digest some of it and I am sure she didn't spit every single drop up. If she doesn't feel warm I wouldn't take her temp.

    enjoy the long stretch of sleep. babies will wake up when they are hungry. And I wouldnt worry about taking his temp if he seems fine to you. Trust your instincts, you are doing just fine.

    at 3 weeks there is a big growth spurt, totally normal for babies to cluster feed.
