did anyone make a playlist or a cd for in the delivery room? ?I'm making a playlist right now incase i feel like having music on... just wondering if anyone had any suggestions... types of music etc... or for those who have already given birth did you have music ????

I don't want music playing while I'm pushing but we are bringing the sleep cd we listen to every night. I'm hoping that it will help me relax while in labor.

I've made 2 cd's

One is a beatles mix. Some of the songs are sung by them, and some are from the soundtrack to across the universe.

The other is a mix of my favorite relaxing and acoustic music. Maria Mena, Norah Jones, Five Times August, Jack Johnson, The Early November...

I hadn't thought of having a playlist but I think I'll make one. My music taste is a little here and there so who knows what will end up on the playlist. I imagine some of my Life Aquatic soundtrack, Beastie Boys, Van Morrison, ?Led Zeppelin, DMB, Jack Johnson, The Strokes, maybe a little old school rap, Beck, Pete Yorn. ?Forget a playlist, I don't have the patience to make one, I'll just make sure the iPod and docking station are in the room. ??
