  I did this a lot in first tri. ?I'd make dinner, eat a few bites and be completely unappetized by it. ?It was so frustrating! ?Since then it hasn't been an issue at all though.

  I'll fight you for it! I always crave it but by the time it takes me to boil the eggs let them cool then peel them and well you get the idea. I've usually moved on to something else lol.

  ACTUALLY, you dont have to let them cool before you peel them. The easiest way to peel a hard boiled egg is to take it out of the water run it under cool water for a few seconds so it wont burn your hand while peeling. . break the shell ALL OVER gently, so theres not one piece left intact, take a thumb and get UNDER the membrane to peel it all off at once. . so no shell sticks to the white part and it all comes off instantly!! Rinse in cool water to assure its clean of shell parts. . a set of half dozen eggs should take no longer than 5 min to peel completely! So . . . enjoy the trick!!!

  I love egg salad too!! AND hard boiled egg in my chef salads. . .mmmmmmm.... hungry!!!
