Well, I started doing it several months ago. ?I think I did it like 3 times and on that third day I hurt myself. ?It was haaaard! ?I also can see how it works!
I have it and I have done it a couple times. Today I was looking at some pics of me and my fatness and it motivated me. I would love to have a buddy to keep me accountable!
Yes! I took some "before" pics this morning when I was getting ready. Wow...I am ready! I will start tonight! Should we just post everyday to keep eachother on track?
