Yep, regular drinking water is making me sick and barfy-- it usually comes straight back up.
Sparkling water is the perfect solution for me-- carbonated enough for productive burps that calm the nausea, and it's still water, meaning no carbs, calories, caffeine, aspartame, etc. Bonus if it has a wedge of lemon or lime.
Married in 2008 - DD born in 2010 - EDD 6.15.2012!
I can't drink plain water, it makes me gag so I mix a little lemonade or throw a fresh lemon in there and it goes down better.
A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.

My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

I do better with juice or carbonated stuff even though I know it's not as good for you. If I do drink water, it has to be ice cold. Like so cold, it hurts, or it almost immediately comes back up.
Yep! I've always been a water drinker except when I'm pregnant. Now I've been drinking the flavored lemonade stuff. I can't handle plain water right now. Ugh.
