I honestly wasn't thinking or caring about my weight at 2 weeks pp. I can say that I packed away all my maternity clothing right away and just got by on sweats. I think I was in pre-pregnancy jeans about a week and a half after DD was born ~ they didn't fit exactly like they should, but I was at least able to button and zip them up. I went back to work after 8 weeks and by that point I was able to fit into most of my work clothes (thankfully).
35 pounds in the first 2 weeks. About 8 left to go to get to pp weight. (plus an additional 20 which I needed to lose before pregnancy).
Despite only 8 pounds left, I am up 4 pant sizes from my regular weight. I am starting to work out again (low intensity until my 6 wk appt), but hopefully that will help me drop inches.
I lost all 34 pounds in the first 2 weeks although I don't recommend it. I had stomach issues and didn't even know how it happened. My LO is very demanding and I am actually 4 pound under my pre pg weight. I should clarify though that I was the heaviest I've ever been right before getting pg. So I really need to keep losing at the very least 20 pounds just to stop being overweight.
Soon to celebrate the day we met, even if the day before marks when we said goodbye.
I gained a total of 30 lbs and was 20 lbs lighter when I left the hospital. Since then, I haven't lost any weight.
So I have about 10 lbs to go to get back to my pp weight. (Which was normal/healthy.) But I'm sure at least a few of those lbs are in my massively huge, millky boobs, and I think I gained some new muscle from carting DS around all the time.
I'm wearing all of my pre-pg clothes again, and they fit normally, except for in the bust. I went from a C cup to DD!
Probably only about 4 lbs. I had really bad pp swelling for the first 2 weeks. By 3 weeks, I had lost around 20 lbs and down to below my prepregnancy weight. By 6 weeks, I had lost 28 lbs.
I gained 25 lbs and lost 15 right away but after those first two weeks I've sort of stopped. I've been walking and doing light exersizes and decided not to weigh myself anymore until my 6 wk po dr appointment.
I gained 51 pounds total. I lost exactly 30 pounds by the 9 day mark. The baby was almost 9 pounds and I had polyhydramnios, so that accounted for a lot. I haven't lost anything else in a few days, but I'm still on steroids for a blood issue and they make me swell up. I think once I get off of them, the rest of the weight will disappear, but we'll see.

I gained 50 pounds too (yikes...I've never seen it written like that!) and by week 3 I had lost 30 of those pounds. Now at week 8 I am slowly losing the weight still, maybe a pound or so a week. I too was about 20 pounds heavier than I wanted to be.
I had gained like 35 lbs. with the pregnancy, and lost like 20 lbs. in the first 2 weeks pp. Over the next two weeks I probably lost 10 more. Still working on those last 5
I lost around 25 by the time I left the hospital (DS was 9 of that) and by two weeks I had lost below my prepreggo weight cause I was EBF. I stopped BF at about 5 weeks and I have gained about 10 since then.?

Everyone loses differently.
I lost 18 lbs the first week and by the second week I'd lost a total of 24 lbs all together
I'm still working on the other 15 lbs though. I gained about 40 lbs total.
Gained 55lbs total.
Lost 30 in the first 3 weeks.
Have 25 more to lose.
