Does anyone have a easy fattoosh recipe?

I think I want to make it tomorrow, but I want an easy recipe. I thought I would ask here before googling.

Alright, I have to ask b/c I have no idea and it sounds intrigiung (sp?). What the heck is fattoosh???

Turns out I spelled it wrong - Fattoush is a middle eastern salad. It has toasted pita chips, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, lettuce, I thik mint and an awesome dressing. When I worked, there was a gal who made it for functions and I never got her recipe

I've used this recipe, and it's pretty good. The key to the dressing is the sumac, which isn't always easy to find.
