I just want a good messenger bag that leaves hands free. DH seems to be struggling with losing his manhood when it comes to carrying a diaper bag so even if it's a little on the guy side I'm ok with it.
Totally recommend Skip Hop bags. I had a fancy PPB one and hated it. It was so structed and uncomfortable. The skip hop bags aregreat quality. We have the brown Dash that has a tiny bit of pink on the piping (you can't even tell, really) and DH loves it. It has held up great.
Our theme is Pooh bear! We have the Graco travel system and the whole nursery is Pooh. My mom got this one for us before we knew if it was a boy or a girl.

JJ Cole makes some good unisex ones. Not sure about the quality, though - seem to get mixed reviews online. We have a green and gray one but haven't used it yet.
Sorry- I don't know how to do clicky links or pictures. Anyway, I think it's really cool, and even though it's marketed for guys, I am totally fine with using it. My husband is going to be a SAH dad, so we had to find a good one!
We have 2 diaper bags. One is a Columbia red messenger bag that will be going with the baby to the babysitter/grandma's house etc. One is a JJ Cole Mode bag in Cocoa Tree (brown, white, green) which is more of a tote. We have the Chicco Cortina travel system in Discovery so it matches well. Both bags are pretty unisex. The Columbia bag was $44.99 which I thought wasn't a bad deal from BRU.
Have you looked at ebags.com? I ordered ours (DH's diaper dude - University of Colorado and my Trista Baby) from there. They have a bunch to choose from and the shipping is super fast.
We're getting the Skip Hop Via Messenger. I didn't want a floral "girlie" bag and liked how it hung on my shoulder. Didn't buy it yet, but I really like it. Here's the link: https://www.skiphop.com/product/21000.html
There's a line called "Diaper Dude" that BRU and Target (among others) carry. The messenger bags are great and totally good for both mom and dad to carry. I got the grey one with orange trim and I love it!

I think BRU might sell them as well.

GL!
We just bought this one last night so I can't say if I love it or hate it. https://www.potterybarnkids.com/products/da115/index.cfm?pkey=cdiaper%2Dbags%7Cb
I knew I didn't want one with the flap. I had bags in college with the flap and it drove me crazy!
We got this Columbia one from BRU https://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2748983
It's kind of a shiny material and looks really cute in person.
ditto.
