washing cds, please tell me I didn't totally mess up

like many people it seems, I picked today to wash some of my new diaps my fam got me at a shower. But after reading below posts, I'm afraid I may have screwed up the diapers.

I knew to keep my hemp seperate, but  I threw a bamboo fitted in with the bg pockets and mf inserts. Will this cause a problem, and if so, what shoudl I do?

    Ok, soI'm assuming they were all new? You need to prep the hemp and bamboo (all should be fine, no worried). the pockets and inerts you just need to wash. If you washed the pockets and fitted together some of the oils from the bamboo might have gotten onto the pockets/inserts and would make them less absorbant or repel. No big deal. Wash them again, alone, with a squirt of dawn, detergent, and an extra rinse.

     For the hemp and bamboo - if they all have to be prepped I can't see any problem doing that all together. Wash on hot with squirt of dawn, detergent, extra rinse. Dry. Repeat 3 times. It seems like a lot but after that you don't have to keep everything seperate - we don't and don't have any problems!
