Evenflo Triumph. I don't have it yet, but my good friend does. She swears by it, and I've used it a few times when I had her DS- it's really easy to use.

Maybe search amazon for a few different kinds and read the reviews??

  • Hey Jess... good to see you here, and Ava looking so cute!

I have a Safety First Alpha Omega... I love it. Fits in my 2002 Camry nicely, and it seems really comfortable for Carter... he's been in it for 2 months already due to hating his infant seat, lol.

Ditto this! ?I love the evenflo triumph. ?DS has been in it for about 1-2 months now and he loves it too, and my mother and DH! haha. ?It's really a great seat, it's so easy to adjust the straps, etc. ?That's why it's rated to high. ?It's so easy to use.?
  • I have the Britax Marathon and love it. I plan on getting the Evenflo Tribute V for DHs car.

  • We have the Evenflo Symphony seat.  They are new in the Evenflo line.  We like it so much that we got a second one for our other car.  It is very easy to get DD in and out, and the straps are easy to get perfectly tight in a second.  DD seems to like it.

  • I really like our Evenflo Triumph Advanced. Its rated very high for safety and i love that it has a dial to tighten the straps. It was pretty reasonably priced as well.

Ditto this.  It was one of the highest rated convertable carseats in Consumer Reports, too.  I think they are on sale this weekend at BRU.  MIL used a 15% off coupon and got hers for not much over $100.

  • We had the Eddie Bauer seat for Evan and we didn't mind it. But it never quite seemed to get as securely into the car as we wanted it to. Also, as Evan got bigger it seemed to be uncomfortable for him.

We were in a minor accident and had to replace his seat, and we got him a Britax Marathon and couldn't be happier - he'll be in the five point harness for a LONG time still and he's already 3.5, because of the higher weight limit.

When Abby is ready for a conv. seat, we will get her the Marathon as well.

  • Don't do it.

Baby Bargains gives that seat a D or a D- I believe. It rates very, very poorly. Plus, it is often outgrown earlier than most people think. A lot of people buy it thinking that it will be the only seat they have to buy and in most cases that just isn't true.

  • We have the Evenflo Triumph Advance Premier and LOVE LOVE LOVE it. It has a good amount of padding, a turn knob for tightening the straps, and it fits in our tiny car.
  • We've had an Evenflo Triumph Advance in my husband's car since the beginning and liked it so much that I just bought another for my car. BRU had them on sale this week, plus I used 2 coupons so I got it for $90. HTH.
