Hello!
As I lay here in my hospital bed at 30 weeks on bed rest (PRAYING FOR US TO BE HERE AT 34 WKS!!!) I am debating the spelling of our selected baby boy name. I love the nickname Brady...but think it could be used w. either?
Thought? Thanks!
Re: Braden or Brayden? :)
If you like the nickname Brady, why don't you just name him Brady?
But to answer your question, I would spell it Braden.
I prefer Brayden - Braden looks funny to me or like it would be pronounced "Brad"en.
Brady is a cute nn too
Just name him Brady. Brady is a stand-alone name, and a good one, too!
Braden or Brayden seem trendy/made up to me.
Good luck!!! Sorry you have to be on hospital bedrest. I hope that everything turns out well and you make it to 34 weeks!
I ended up naming my son Brayden. Because some people say "Brad-den" the other way. But now I named him Brayden, a lot of people spell it Braden or Braydon. I was really upset because my work sent me a personalized blanket after he was born instead of the usual flowers and they spelled it Braden. I don't mind so much if people spell it wrong in an email, im or card but the blanket was embroidered. I said something to work and they are getting me a replacement.
I also like the nickname Brady and was planning to use that but so far I haven't called him that.
Brayden, it's cute btw!
braden makes me think of brad-den, and brady for nn is cute too!
pPROM at 27 weeks, Birdy born at 28 weeks at 2lb 7oz.
this.
Ditto most of this. The Brady part and the Braden/Brayden = trendy part.
