XP: Men's barber recs?

DH's super fabulous barber just left :( He's tried out some of the barbers an the same place but wasn't happy. Now he's on the hunt for a new one. Anyone have a recommendation for a good men's haircut, preferably reasonably priced ($20-30ish) and in the inner N/NE area? He'd consider a longer drive if necessary...

    I had my husband start using my hair guy and I have been SOO happy with how he cuts it!  PERFECT!  His name is Mitch, and he is at SPANK hair salon off of 14th and Alberta.  503.280.5280  I think he charges $30 or 35 but is so worth it!
