  This seems silly, but when I had my first daughter, my boss told me to drink "Celestial Seasonings, Rasberry Zinger Tea" I was desperate and if she told me to chug a Colt 45 I probably would have, but honestly within hours my back started throb and I took a ungodly long walk and and a few hours later, my contractions were very regular and we headed out to have our daughter, a week early too.

  Never hurts to try, at least going to the grocery store to get it will get you walking!
