NBR: Help me w/a new hair style...

I got 8 inches cut off in March (which was odd because I asked her to cut off 4 inches... any hoo) and I've never really liked it. It's shoulder length and almost all one length and very very boring. It's the hair equivalent of "meh".

I'm going on Sat for another hair cut (wish me luck) and I can't find any pictures that I like. I don't want to cut the length but I was thinking of adding layers etc.

Does anyone have any good pics/links for a shoulder-length layer-y type of 'do??

I had this done in December when I cut 9 inches off. My bangs werent cut this short though. I love it!

i suck at finding cute hair online. but i love my new haircut. it's stacked in the back, sort of like a bob, but with layers, and it comes down longer in the front. it's really easy to fix too.

I just recently got my hair cut to that length with long, side-swept bangs and long layers. I brought in pics of Cameron Diaz from What Happens in Vegas. I just did the shattered bob thing a few months ago (longer in the front, layers in the back) when my hair hit my shoulders. ?I really love it, although I know a lot of people are doing this look now! ?It looks kind of like Gwyneth's bob looks in this link:
