  These don't exactly sound like Lola, but in addition to a nickname for Lolita, it can be a pet name or nickname for:

  Eloise/Eloisa. Dolores (eww, imo), Penelope, Viola, Charlotte, Laurel, Eleanora, Louisa, and Flora

  And pretty much anything with a "lo" in it.

  as pp said, it was originally a nickname for dolores, but i think it's pretty much a stand-alone name now.

  and technically, lolita is the nickname for lola, as 'lolita' would mean 'little lola'.
