NBR: Update on House

A couple of you have asked, so...
We are ***Really*** close to having an agreement with the owners of the house that we want to buy. We have been in negotiations with them all week and have pretty much agreed on everything except for a couple of details. We sent them our last (hopfefully) offer tonight and are meeting with them tomorrow night to iron out everything. I am super excited, but we have to sell our house first.
So, our house is now officially for sell! Here is the FSBO listing:
Please spread the word to anyone you know who may be interested or any realtors you know. Even though we have it FSBO, we are willing to pay a commission to a buyers agent.
