I was out with DD yesterday and when I put her infant carrier on the snap and go and went to snap it across the carrier, I noticed that the piece that snaps into the other piece had broken in half. I couldn't go back home so I just tied it really tight, but i'm not really comfortable doing this in the future.
There's a note in the package that says if the stroller is broken, not to return it to the store but to call customer service. Well when I call customer service, I get a message that they're closed and are open M-F 8:30-4:30 PST.
Anyone know where I can get a new piece, or another way I can get in touch with someone at customer service?
