I just saw someone mention on another post that Zofran was used for nausea... I have seen on other posts that it works only for vomiting. what's the deal? I have a full prescription in my purse for this stuff but if it's not going to cure my nausea then why the heck would I take it? I need something to allow me to eat dinner at night, since I feel the worst of it all between 5:00-bedtime.
Re: Zofran?
what did you tell your doctor you needed it for?
if it was for nausea- then Im sure it's fine.
I'd use it anyway.
the lady knew I wasn't throwing up... but I have heard people say it doesn't help nausea once it strikes. I hear this crap is expensive though, maybe that's why they only gave me like 15 pills lol.
WTF? That doesn't even sound logical. Hopefully they gave you something different?
Nope- I didn't want to spend any more on a "possibility that it might work"
So I'm just...dealing with it. (ugh)
Um, both obviously. If you're not nauseated you're not going to vomit. I take it around the clock. It tones down the nausea a HUGE amount. When I don't take it or don't take it in time I am vomiting like crazy.
TAKE IT! Trust me!
