Vibes for my little bean please...

My beta is 4,000 and LMP was Apr 9th (though I have irregular cycles of 35-45 days long). I had some light cramping and when they did an ultrasound, the radiologist could not see a "definitive yolk sac," but saw a "small bundle of cells." The OB just called me concerned because she said that with a beta of 4,000, they should definitely see a clear sac. They also see a cyst on my left ovary. I go in tomorrow for another beta. I'm very scared for my little bean, which DH has been talking to every night and has been kissing my stomach before we go to bed for the last week. I'm trying to stay positive and hope that my bean is just a little small for his age...
