I use bow tie noodles or sea shell noodles and add mayo, chopped pickles, diced boiled egg and sliced black olives and then I choose either diced ham, real bacon bits or salami.
You can also add a small amount of mustard or ranch dressing with salt and pepper depending on what you like.
Obviously I make it a little different depending on what I am in the mood for, but It always has the same main ingredients and tastes great. Good luck. Now I want some...
I keep mine pretty simple. I do a pound of elbows, a little chopped onion, some chopped carrots and celery, 1-2 tablespoons of mayo (I don't like mayo and use just a little bit), a teaspoon of dry mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.
Re: NBR: What do you put in your pasta salad?
