I HATE that!! I hate even more when they open a new roll and put it on top of the empty one. How hard is it to switch it out? You have to sit there for a min anyway!

Nor is it rocket science to FLUSH a toilet. Ugh. Gross people. I swear - people LOOSE their manners in workplace bathrooms.

Agreed!! And please don't leave your nasty short and curly on the seat either...I know you can see it when you go to flush...and you know who it belongs to cuz it wasn't there before you started!!!! *arrrggh*
