signs of allergic reaction to formula

So I've EBF my daughter for the first 6 months of her life. Well my supply is dropping and we've started to supplement. What are the signs of an allergic reaction? I feel like she's been acting extra tired. And today she threw up while eating. She's never thrown up. She was choking and I'm not sure if it was just a result of that.?

We've started giving her the formula three days ago. Any advice would be great. I'm waiting for the doc. to call back.?

    When we started formula, my DS spit up for the first time too. And now he just does. Formula just makes him spit up, even though BM never did.

    We use Good Start now, and it was the one that caused the least amount of spit up.
