Sigh....I'm sad.

I got a pos $Tree test on Saturday and this morning.. extremely faint lines.. but a line is a line right? My DH and I had been debating buying a digital bc he couldn't really believe the faint lines. I've just been bopping along, pretty happy.. but hoping for a darker line one day.

 

But in the bathroom I had lightly brown-tinged CM and CT was much softer than the past few weeks... I feel like crying.

    a line is a line, and i had brown tinged bleeding/cm the day after i got my bfp.  i was freaking out but everything is fine now.  as long as it's brown and not red you're still in it.  i would buy a digital if it was me.  GL!

    Take another test, you may be spotting.  If you are concerned call your Doctor.  HTH

    Married for 10 years, TTC 5 years
    dx: Male Factor Infertility, low sperm count, low motility
    History:
    3 Clomid IUI's=3 BFN
    took a break from trying for the last 3 years
    Currently:
    met with doctor 2/2/16, actively TTC #1 again, excited

    My first BFP was a faint line. I went and bought a digital test for better confirmation. Go buy a digital! Congratulations!

    Really? I feel stupid. I'm glad to hear you had the same sort of experience Jessie.

    I guess I just figured it was over.. isn't CT supposed to stay really firm? I'm just worried. I usually get the tinged CM right before AF. I can't think positively. ARG!!!!

    Honestly I never checked my cervix texture when I was pregnant.  DH hid my thermometer so I would stop charting.  The spotting is common, I had some when I was pregnant with DS.  Take a deep breath and take a digital and call your doctor.  Smile

    I wouldn't worry! Also, the $ tree tests were ALWAYS faint for me no matter how many DPO; I hate them! Buy a digital or at least an FRER and test again! Congrats!

    My BFP lines were VERY faint for several days. I think it was a good 3-4 days after my initial BFP for them to be dark enough for a camera to pick them up.

    Spotting is normal--you are not out yet!!!

    If you had a detectablel + on Saturday, then your HCG should definitely be high enough by now for a digital to pick it up.  As said by previous posters, spotting does not always equal doomed pregnancy.  GL!
