Engagement at 31-weeks

Yesterday my husband and I were placing up curtains in our LO?s room and started to feel a lot of pressure. During the night I got up to go to the bathroom about 6-times and noticed I was able to breath much better then before. When I got up this morning my pelvic pressure was extreme to where it makes walking difficult and I noticed my tummy a lot lower and noticed a nice space in-between my breast to tummy. I see my OB this Friday and was going to reschedule being that it will interfere with my daughters appointment, which is extremely important. I?m kind of at lost in what appointment to cancel. I?ve tried to reschedule my OB appointment but the next time they can see me is next Friday, which is too late. This OB?s is a full ultrasound. They have me coming in every two weeks for ultrasounds. My daughters appointment is too see a breast surgeon to rule out breast cancer, she?s only 15.

 

My question is has anyone dropped this early on? And if so how long was it until you went into labor?

    She had 'dropped' at about 31-32 weeks as well, but then she decided that she wanted to squirm her way back up high for about 2 weeks or so, then she dropped again.  Not sure what part of her 'dropped' the first time, as in if she was head down or not.  Your LO still has room to move around, so it could change.

    Thank you very much Mauranda. Interesting she squirmed her way back up..lol  Very interesting. I?m not sure how much room she has being that she?s showing up at 5 ? lbs at the moment. I?m scheduled for a c-section in early July; I do hope she decided to hold off until then.
