SO excited and relieved re: daycare
Well, after being on the waiting list for a year and a half, I got the call yesterday!! ?We got into the best daycare in Los Angeles!! ?I was so happy that I cried in the Coffee Bean! ?Sueball can confirm - we were there having java with the boys. ?
This place costs a ton but it's so worth it. ?Everyone has degrees in childhood development. ?Teacher - child ratio for infants is 1:3. ?They have artists come in and singers, dancers and musicians and even "The Reptile Lady!" ?Casey will stay there and be there with the same kids until he goes to school. ?We are thrilled! ?
I can finally exhale *sigh*?

Dang, I really need to get up on looking into preschools. I know the waitlist is nuts. I just don't even know where to start looking in my neighborhood!
As a mom with two kids in the best-est daycare in our area, I know the feeling! You'll hear friends talk about their crappy daycares and it will make you feel a lot better!
However, I hope the "Reptile Lady" steers clear of the infant room. That could get dicey.

Yipeee that sounds like the "daycare" I worked at for 3 years we hated that term bc we considered ourselves a school. Are they NAEYC accredited?
