When did your LO start sitting in the cart? I haven't even thought about it yet because wearing her is so easy. But she is starting to kick at the handle or trying to grab it if I lean in.

And has anyone tried to make their own cart seat cover? There is no way I am spending $40 on that thing.

We were given a cart/high chair cover and we have used it once in a high chair. She didn't like it yet at all. We had to go to the car and get her carseat. We haven't attempted it in a cart yet. I'm thinking when she's able to sit on her own unassisted for a long time I'll try again.

I haven't tried to make one, but I see them all the time on Craigslist for $10. ?A little color-safe bleach and you're set.?

Someone gave us a cart seat cover, but honestly I'll probably just keep wearing him until he decides he doesn't like it. I'm bad about wandering off from my cart which I obviously can't do if he's in it!

LOL! This is a good point. I take the whole baby-wearing thing for granted sometimes because I just don't have to think about stuff like that
