I have a set of melamine mixing bowls from C&B that I LOVE! They're now my go to wedding shower gift... It's a set of 5 or 6 bowls that all nest together... I use all of them all the time!
They have different color sets at different times of the year, but I pretty much always see them instore. (Can't find them on the site right now)
If you like to bake, they always have an interesting cake pan or two. Also, they have a "gadget" wall with lots of little fun things for the kitchen. You might find something fun that you never knew you needed. They also have loads of great cookbooks.
But...I looked forever and finally found a garlic peeler there I didn't see elsewhere. It's a rubber tube and great at getting the peel off. Now...it's a low cost item, but they have so many kitchen gadget type things you could probably find some other little things.
I totally agree with the nesting mixing bowls...they are definitely a good buy.
I also ended up using some random GC's on a deviled egg platter, a slate cheese board/knives and a baker, which is awesome for frittatas/lasagnas/scalloped potatoes.
