People warned me to take it before bed so I did. I woke up with a slight headache but it was gone by the time I got to work. I had no other s/e. I realize I was very lucky (particulary since I started with 100mg).

The worst of it for me was the crazy-awful hot flashes. I also was a little extra sensitive and I think Sylvia would probably tell you that I tried to pick a couple of fights (about seriously stupid stuff... the kind of thing where you hear the words coming out of your mouth and you think "really? I'm arguing about whether that tshirt is greenish-gray or grayish-green?!").
All in all, the s/es weren't too bad, though. And that was on 100 mg/day (I don't ovulate on my own, so my RE started me on 100 mg; this cycle it's 150 mg since I didn't respond quite enough to 100 mg), so you'll probably be fine on your low dose.

my wife was a bit moodier than usual--things that wouldn't normally bother her got under her skin--but it wasn't terrible, usually only once or twice per cycle and as soon as she was done taking the clomid it went away. she also had one really big hot flash about an hour or two after she took it for the day.
Another vote for hot flashes (and I am ALWAYS cold) and raging headaches (that typically went away with Tylenol.) I didn't have any mood issues (well, I didn't think I did!)

My DW had hot flashes and vivid dreams. She took it at night which helped.
P.S. DW just read over my shoulder and asked if DW meant dead wife or dead weight LOL!
