IVF #1 success stories?

Hi ladies! I am in the middle of my 2ww for IVF #1 and was just wondering if any of you would like to share you success stories. There are a lot of us over on TTTC that are in the 2ww for our first IVF, so I'm sure your stories will be greatly appreciated by many!

Also, when did you first get a bfp on a hpt?

    I got my dd from IVF/ICSI #1! I got my 1st pos hpt at 9dp3dt so 12dpo. I tested the day before and got a bfn. Good Luck to you and all of the 2wwers! I hope to see all of you here for good very soon!!!

    IVF #1 worked for us!  I got a faint positive HPT and a negative digital on 7dp5dt and a positive digital and beta of 38 on 8dp5dt.  Best of luck!!
    After 2 years and 6 IUIs, we did it with IVF w/ ICSI!
    BFP with no treatment!

    IVF #1 worked for me as well!  I did not test early, I was too scared but my beta 9dp5dt was 199.  Wishing you the best of luck!!

    My success from IVF#1 is in my siggie!  We transferred one embie and he is now running around with my purse as we speak!  I got a BFP from my accupuncturist at 8dp5dt (he told me I was pregnant by my pulses).  DH let me test the next day and I got an immediate BFP!

    Me, Antagonist protocol, I tested positive at 6dp5dt!

    IVF #1 worked for us! I refused to test before the beta because I didn't want bad news. My first beta was at 12dp3dt and it was 70. At 14dp3dt, it was 179.

    Good luck to you and everyone else on TTTC in the 2ww! I hope you're all over here in the next few weeks!!

    After 20 months, 3 Clomid cycles and 4 IUI cycles, IVF #1 with ICSI = BFP!

    We were successful on IVF #1.  I didn't POAS before my beta though because I was too scared to see a BFN.  My first beta was 380 at 10dp5dt though, so I bet I would have seen a +HPT pretty early if I had POAS.

    I'm a success story with IVF #1. We were "unexplained". I had lap surgery and they found a little endo, but nothing that they worried about affecting fertility and they still called us "unexplained". After 6 IUI's we moved onto IVF #1 and it worked! I also did acupuncture and I'm not sure if it helped but since it was expensive, I'm saying that it did :). I think at the very least the acupuncture helped my body relax and made my IVF side effects non-existent.

    I tested the day before my beta at 9dp4dt (at night) and it was VERY positive. I probably would have gotten a positive a few days before, but I didn't want to test that early. My betas were pretty high though - 227. I had 2 implant, but only one really took.

    Good luck to everyone - I spent my fair share over at TTTC board and it was wonderful and very supportive - I hope to see everyone over here soon!

    I had my beta this morning for IVF #1 and am awaiting the results but I got a BFP at 8 and 9dp3dt.

    IVF #1 worked for me!  I did not test before my beta (DH didn't want to jinx it) but my beta at 12dp5dt was 800.  Wishing you and everyone on TTTC lots of luck - hope we see all of you over here very soon!!!

    IVF #1 worked for me as well!!  I have PCOS and tried 3 rounds of Clomid and 3 Follistim/IUI cycles, all with no success.  I tested positive at 10dp3dt.  When I had my beta at 12dp3dt, my HCG level was almost 200.  Good luck to you and everyone else in the 2ww  Smile
