Temper tantrums already?

DD is 7.5 months old and just started with this "temper tantrum" thing. When she's frustrated (ie. sitting playing and wants up, or a toy she can't reach), her arms stiffen and shake, her face gets red, she makes an angry, growling sound and eventually starts to cry.

Is this just a phase? Or does it just get worse?! At first it was kind of cute, now I'm starting to get a bit concerned... she just seems so frustrated all the time, poor kid.

    Once she becomes more mobile, it'll get better.  But think about it, wouldn't you be frustrated if you couldn't walk, crawl, talk or get your point across in any other way but crying and grunting?  Sounds like a pretty frustrating experience to me!

    Ugh, DS started throwing temper tantrums this weekend. I hope it doesn't last long. Sorry no advice, I can just sympathize with you.
