Hey ladies!

How was everyone's weekend? Mine was good. My birthday was a lot of fun Friday, and then Saturday, we surprised my friend (the one who had never had a birthday cake or celebration) with a birthday cake, presents, and a pool party. Unfortunately, he was so hungover from celebrating MY birthday, he spent most of the day asleep on my living room rug while the rest of us lived it up! LOL

I am dreading this week. I did not get a call back Friday for a 2nd interview for the job I wanted, so I am thinking if there is no call by the end of today, I can just forget about that one. I have to travel Tues-Thurs of this week, which sucks, and then I have to work Saturday morning. Blech.

    I hope you do get that phone call today!!

    And you have to work Saturday! That' sucks, working holiday weekend are always worse then normal ones!

    Yeah, everyone in the office has to work Saturday every 6 weeks or so, and this happens to be my weekend. Luckily, I only work from 7:30-10:30, and I live an hour from the beach we are spending the holiday at, so we'll leave straight from there.

    Hopefully you'll hear about the job today. My weekend was pretty quiet and lazy. We celebrated our anniversary early on Saturday night, which was nice.

    He was very, very surprised. He "couldn't believe anyone would go to all that trouble for him," which made it all the more worth while! He had a great birthday, and I think he was grateful. To me, doing that was more gratifying than any present I got for my birthday.

    Good morning! My weekend was pretty good I guess. I am still not fully unpacked at the new place. Yesterday was laundry and grocery shopping.

    I hope you get a call back today for that other job. I am glad you had a great weekend. I am sorry you have to travel so much again this week and boo for working on Saturday.

    Glad to hear you had a fun birthday weekend! I had a great weekend. I geeked it up with some friends at RenFest even though it rained. I'm dreading this week too, I won't be in at all next week , possibly longer (My DH is having surgery) so I have to get a ton of stuff done before I'm out of the office. I do have plans up at the lake for the long weekend, but the forcast is rain. I hope that isn't the case!
