I think it turned out really cute! It tasted good, too. I used an Ina Garten recipe for chocolate cupcake, buttercream frosting and this food spraypaint stuff.

I wish I'd taken more pics! I got a bunch of those banana leaf placemats at a party store and put them under the food and decorated with bigger plastic zoo animals. It was really cute. I had balloons throughout the house attached to Little People as weights.
We were in crisis mode before the party started. Our new fridge has had nothing but problems and finally died yesterday before the party - when no repairmen could come. It was kind of chaotic. We bought 60 lbs of ice and had ice chests everywhere because it was too hot for the outside.

that looks awesome! you are very tanlented! last year i tried making ds's cake and it was a disaster! i had to throw it on the trash and it was a betty crocker box cake!lol would you make ds's cake in december? that looks really awesome!
