I was feeling a little crampy and went to the bathroom and wiped and had bright red blood. 20 minutes later I went to the bathroom again and there was still bright red blood.
i called the on-call nurse and she said that if i got cramps that didn't subside with tylenol and/or the bleeding was AF-like to go to the ER.
I'm scared to death. Please pray for us.
TIA
Re: please pray for me and baby.
I will keep you and baby in my prayers sweetie
thank you. it gives me hope
Once you see a HB your chances of m/c go down to 10%, so don't worry!
Are you going to the ER?
(((healthy vibes)))

Not yet. I'm going to wait a little bit and see if I start cramping again or if the bleeding gets worse. I don't want to over-react though it's killing me not to go just to be sure of things. I really don't want to wait til Monday to make sure everything is ok.
Do whatever is right for you. If it will calm you down just go! Of course I don't know what your ER co-pay is, but do what you have to do!

I'm so sorry. Seeing blood is the scariest thing durnig pregnancy ((hugs))
I had bleeding at 20 weeks and everything turned out ok. But a trip to the ER will definitely put your mind at ease, and you may get to hear the heartbeat. It's not overreacting at all to need some peace of mind.
You, DH, and baby are in my thoughts and prayers. Hope everything is ok. ((Hugs))
ETA: I think it was Mrs. Foreste who had a bit of bright red bleeding early on. I vaguely remember her saying that her panties were soaked with it, and she and baby are just fine now, so hopefully this is nothing for concern. Hang in there.
Many prayers!! You and the baby will be okay! Ob's say once you have a successful u/s with a heartbeat there is less than a 5% chance of something going wrong. You will be just fine, its scary I know but everything will be okay!!
(((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))) Keep us posted!
And sweetie, I have been bleeding on and off for weeks but my baby is growing perfectly and thriving and my doc is not worried. It happens 20% of women have bleeding during the first tri. I felt better by going to the ER, I needed the reassurance. If it makes you feel better GO!

I hope everything is going to be ok with you and baby.....
