LGBT Parenting

Good timing!

I just recieved a notice that effective May 8th, my company is implementing a Pregnant and New Parent Policy to supplement FMLA which entitles all expectant and new mothers, fathers, domestic partners, spouses, and adoptive and foster parents up to 8 weeks of job-protected leave akin to maternity leave. 

We hadnt planned for me to take any time off, but I certainly love having the option Yes
