.....until being hit, dragged and ran over by my own car.....
Ladies, all I can say is thank you so much for all the well wishes and prayers. And thanks to Jules_NC for letting you all know. She is my neighbor and I am sure she saw all the commotion on the street (still don't know how she found out though)!!
I don't want to get into it too much, because I am still emotionally not there yet. I am in so, so much pain, and basically have no skin left on my foot, ankle and calf, but hey, my pedicure held up!! I just wanted to say thank you for everything and I truly appreciate what a wonderful group of women and MOMS you all are!!
Re: I thought child birth was painful....
Oh I can't imagine what must have been going through your head- but glad that you came out of it relatively unharmed given what happened! I hope each day gets a little better.
I know you have a long road of recovery ahead of you, but I am so thankful that it wasn't worse! I'm so glad Jocey is ok!
I will be praying for you as you recover! I'm sure the emotional side will probably be harder then then physical side, but please don't beat yourself up about it. Accidents happen to all of us, so please try not to let that get you down!
Take care!
D, we are just so thankful that you are okay. I can't imagine the pain (emotional and physical) but hopefully each day will get better. And please don't beat yourself up about this at all - accidents happen to everybody, and Jocey was fine. You have a guardian angel out there!
You'll continue to remain in my thoughts and prayers as I hope for a speedy recovery! And LOL about your pedicure!
