UPDATE: My cervix is against me!!!

in 3rd Trimester

The doc came around, I told him about my headache and whined. He checked my cervix, still barely a fingertip and it's very hard. Very unfavorable.

I restarted the 24 hr urine. He said he is on call again Tuesday and we will check again then.

If I had been 2cm dialated, we would've had hope.

Fvck me sideways running down a hill, I am never leaving this place.

    He said as long as my levels stayed where they were, there's not reason to induce right now, he would really hate for me to end up with a c-section.

    My b/p has been in the 140/80's today and yesterday I had a good b/p day.

    My body is revolting.

    telling you that you have to stay won't get your bp down, IMO.

    and not letting you get up won't get your cervix kickin' it into high gear.

    But you really don't want a c/s if you can help it.

    Good Lord!  Are they trying to torture you?  I think that would keep me from wanting more kids!  I am so sorry they are confining you to a hospital room for like 2 weeks+!  I think I would go stir crazy after a few days!  Hopefully on Tuesday they will have good news for you :-)
