So after my last post, I received the flat iron a day or two later and I honestly have no idea how that happened because the address label was still wrong, but whatever. They did not include the free heat proof pouch or hair product that was part of the promo, and I have meant to call them back about that, but I just haven't had the time to do it. It's free stuff so I guess I'd better try to do that, but at the same time I have my flat iron and I am just tired of dealing with them. I love the flat iron itself and I saved a ton of $ on it, so I guess it was worth it. I completely understand that mistakes happen and I'd like to think that this was an isolated incident, but it wasn't really the mailing issue that ticked me off, but rather the customer service that followed when I was trying to get the issue taken care of and the fact that they charged my card, I didn't receive my order and they were this close to not believing that I didn't receive and weren't even going to send another order or give me a refund. Rude customer service is one of my biggest pet peeves. Anyway, I have had the flat iron for a couple weeks now, I love it and I'm happy I was able to save so much $ on it.

Geesh, what a mess. I'm happy you have your iron and it helps you be a Hottie Mommy or a "Mom-shell" as a guy at my work says. (yuck!)
