Yesterday morning I was really excited about not seeing AF so I tested.  At first I thought it was a BFN, I looked again and I could have sworn I saw the faintest of lines.  It was a $store brand HPT.  My husband looked and thought he saw it too.  So my question is...

The line on the test, can it be seen just like because you know it is there.  I mean if I saw a line, even the faintest could it have just been too early to test?

    Did you see the line withing 5-10 minutes?  How many DPO are you?

    This was my first cycle and it was sort of last minute so I am not charting yet.  Yes I saw it within the first 5 minutes. No, I haven't tested today I thought I would wait until the weekend.

    I'm going to go out on a limb and say congrats.?

    IMHO, BFNs are explicity, plainly, 100% obvious. Anything other than a explicit, plain, 100% BFN is thus a BFP.?

    (But test again & let us know)?

    The day I got my BFP I took 2 tests. One was a $Store test and the other was a First Response. I could BARELY see anything on the $store one. And I mean, like barely. Had I not gotten a positive on my First Response test I wouldn't have thought my $store test was a positive test.

    I would say if you're sure you saw something, try to buy a better test and test again with first morning urine!

    In my TTC journey I have thought I've seen something but it turned out to be my mind making things up.  I would wait a few days and test again with FMU and see if you see something.

    same here- I am not a fan of $ store tests. I took one and I could barely see the line. I took an FRER and it was still faint, but I had no doubt there was a line there. Splurge for a better test and re-test!
