ugh...Dear contractions why won't you regulate

I'm starting to get annoyed. I've been in early labor since Tues night and now my contractions are starting to be less than 10 mins but it's taken over 2 hours to do so and I'm still having to wait to call the doc to go to thehospital until they are 5 mins apart. Ugh. All this pain and I thought it was suppose to be quicker when your body has done this before. ?It seems longer this time around.

I'm 39 wks 3 days today. ?
