Just curious if anyone knows if there is a place around here that has those big inflatable bouncy things? I want to take DS sometime next week but don't know of any places in the area. TIA
There are a few. There is a place in Kent called The Bouncy Place. We had Tillman's birthday party there last year. There are others in the south end, too, but I don't know where.

TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.
We took DS to a birthday party at Pump It Up! in Tacoma when he was 2.5 years old. I was so nervous with him playing there, and he's big for his age. I won't take him again for a very long time....You have to sign a waiver to play there. That alone makes me too nervous...!
You havfe to sign a waiver for everything. That doesn't make me nervous.
But I do think most things will be too big for a 1 year old. At one we go to in Bothell though, they have one area that's only for 1-3 year olds and it's lame for 3 year olds, so it's jsut babies... and it's OK. But even a lot of the other thngs are WAYYY too big for Ben and/or he gets scared or stuck places. and he's a crazy climber and fearless.
There is a place in Lacey called Charlies Safari, and I agree that it's a little scary for the little kids. I took DD there when she was a little under 2, and she didn't want anything to do with it.
The slides looked like fun, but I would have had to do it with her, and I am not the kind of person to do that kind of stuff.

Looks like they have specific days & times you can just come in to play.
