I do jazz and tap and I am going to continue until our recital which is June 20 and I will be 21.5 weeks. Last night in class I was getting some leg crampage, I was drinking and drinking lots of wter but I was wondering if anybody else had this happen? I am a bigger girl too but....I have been exercising since last may and have lost 67 lbs. I have only put on lik4 lbs this pregnancy so far. Any suggestions as to helping with leg cramps or more like just muscles tightening in your legs while exercising or dancing?

I'm a ballet teacher! I've been trying to dance with my students as much as possible, but I'm finding that I get dizzy easily when it comes to turns and jumps. Luckily, we are in the thick of recital so I'm just dancing with the girls during warmup then sitting to watch them rehearse.
My suggestion is to eat lots of bananas to get the potasstium. I used to get terrible cramps in my legs when I was in highschool and the bananas really helped! Plus, lots of stretching!
