light first AF after D&C

did anyone else have a lighter AF than usual after a D&C?  Today is CD3, and so far today I have used 1 regular tampon (6am-4pm) and it wasn't even 1/2 full.

    Did you just miscarry on 5/5/09?  This isn't your first AF, this is just bleeding from the D&C if that's the case.  I bled off and on for two weeks after my D&C, first AF didn't come for a month after it.

    If I'm reading your signature line incorrectly, my apologies though.

    Yes, my first AF after my last D&C was much lighter than a normal AF for me.

    I haven't had any bleeding in 25 days since my D&C.  How could it still be bleeding from my D&C?

    I guess I'm confused because your siggy says "5/5/09 missed mc" so I just assumed you just had the D&C last week.  My bad. 

    My first AF was VERY heavy for one day, then it was super light after that.

    My first one was very very light...my 2nd cycle though was horendous,....like wear a sweater aroudn my waist just in case like you are in 7th grade bad.....

    I started mine yesterday and it has been really super light too. I think it is probably because our uterine lining has not really built up too much since our D&C's. That is the only thing that would make sense to me because I am having period cramps so I know it is my period just less bleeding than usual. Again we seem to be on the exact same cycle.

    oops!  I put the siggy on my profile in may, so I guess I had the month of may on my mind when i did it.  I learned of my missed m/c on 4/5/09 and had a d&c on 4/8/09 (I almost typed 5 again!).  sorry about the confusion... i just corrected my siggy.
