Speaking of TLC (slightly random tangent)

In addition to being obsessed with uber-huge families it appears they are now adding another show about little people, this time following a newlywed couple; have you seen the previews?  My mother religiously watches "Little People, Big World"; she even refers to TLC as "The Midget Channel" (how very PC of her!).  My sister, however, has an unnatural fear of them because of a (I am not making this up) drunk dwarf guy who bit her on the a$$ @ a club once.  My "little" sister is 6' tall, btw.  How do you think the folks @ TLC determine what the next new craze is in families is going to be?  Maybe I just don't get what's so fascinating about little people.

    They're little and you just want to pick them up by the arms and swing them around. Duh. 

    The thing I hate about TLC is how they don't come up with NEW shows. It's the same show, different people. I do <3 What Not to Wear though.
