Those who had the 1st Tri scan, please come in!

They do usually call with the results wheter good or bad right? I think that's what she told me, but of course, I'm spazing out cause I missed the call, they are now closed. She just said to call her, and I'm thinking why didn't she just leave the results on my machine if its good news, it must be bad! I know I am proabbly over reacting, I am glad I got the scan, but now I;m nervous. Have you gotten your results yet? Were you nervous?

Most offices won't leave a message with specifics like that if you miss the call/don't answer. They'd rather talk to you live. It has to do with the HIPPA privacy act.

I got a message yesterday, called and was told my results were "normal for my age." She said it was considered a negative screening. I really don't think they'd leave any results (good or bad) on a message.

We specifically asked that she leave a message with results and she said she wouldn't. ?It is so, so hard, but try not to read too much into it.

Drs cannot leave results in a message even if you ask them to. My mom works in a drs office and people want her to do this all the time and she's not allowed. I'm sure everything is fine!!

I haven't received my results yet, but I highly doubt they'd leave it on voicemail (good or bad). Hang in there.

Mine has an automated system that gives you test results to your own private voicemail number. They said they'd call me in person if something weird was going on with my results.

Of course that doesn't help you. Sorry. I wouldn't stress out too much, even if the results come back weird it doesn't always mean something is wrong.
