Well, how much time is it?

How much time do you spend on GP each day? Each week? (approx. minutes or hours)

Someone asked me that question, and I want to know if I am above or below average. I'm not putting in a clicky poll because I really want to see answers from people who post. Thanks in advance!

I'm on & off 8 hours a day 5 days a week while I'm at work. If I'm slow here, I'm on more.. when I get busy I'm not around much.

It depends. Usually it's just a few hours per week. Today I've been on almost all day because my boss is out of town and we're slow. Angel

Well, during the day I'm pretty much constantly on- but I'm usually multi-tasking between the bump, my MA research, writing, and other computer based activities. I'm not sure how I'd figure out how much time I'm actively on GP...I'm not sure I want to know the answer Embarrassed

Depends on the day really. On days I am really bad, I'll be on for 5 or 6 hours during the day (working in between bumping). When I am being good, I will usually pop on once or twice in the late afternoon and spend about 30 min to an hour. Usually none on the weekends, depending on if hubby is working or not.

It depends on my work schedule im on and off throughout the day when I work so 8 hrs x 3 days a week.

off days im on probaby 8 hrs total.

I don't think I want to figure this out. I'm in and out most of the day, and sometimes check in from home. I'm not around much on the weekends. I would say I probably average a couple hours a day if you add it all together.

Pretty much get on whenever I am at work.....so thats 5 days a week...sometimes Saturday morning.....roughly 4 hours a day (on & off).....i don't post a lot but I am lurking and laughing a whole lot!!!!!! I love you ladies!!!!

I'm on mostly at work, throughout the day. My job is pretty relaxing, and I've got lots of time to mess around, hehe. Embarrassed

Sometimes I'll log on from home if I'm looking forward to something (like anticipating a BFP or something), but mostly at work.

Me too. I'm rarely on at night or on the weekends unless DH has to work late or is watching a movie i hate!

Im on 8-5 every day and sometimes in the evening if there is drama going on. I dip in on the weekends to check if people got their BFPs but thats it.

I am on and off most week days for 3-4hrs a day, the weekends I may get in a little more or less due to whatever we may have planned on doing. I am generally running after DS or doing chores while logged in and in between everything I will read and post. Right now I am sure my averages have gone up due to staying home sick and DH taking DS out so as to give me time to rest.

I'm off and on throughout my work day 4 days a week for 10 hour shifts. Sometimes a little bit at home on weekends, but not usually as much as while I'm at work. I don't know how may hours...at least 10 or more for the reading and stuff throughout the week.

If busy at work, around 1 hour/5 times week. If not busy, will be logged on for all 8 hours.

It depends on the day and how well I can focus on my job. Lots of days I don't get to go on at all. Today was a pretty light day at work, so I was on for a couple of hours on an off. I also usually log on for an hour or two at night if I'm home.

Sometimes I can check in during the day but usually I'm on the last few hours before I leave work, it takes a couple hours to catch up on the days discussions. Occasionally I'm on at night if I'm bored at home.

Too much! Most of the time, at work, M-F, about an hour or two a day.

During the 2ww, probably 6 or 7 hours a day obsessing on FF, thebump, etc.

I'm pretty much logged on the whole day at work...switching screens while working. Sometimes I'll log in for a little bit at night from home. I'm rarely on on the weekends.

im a teacher so it is impossible to bump during the day. If i don't have tons of papers to check then im on at night.

It really depends on the day. I work nights, so if I didn't work the night before, I'm on and off as I check my email and avoid housework. Sometimes I'll check in and out a night if work is slow.

During the week I log on for 20 minute or so bursts. Probably about 4 in a day.

Once I get home I sometimes log back on if I'm bored, but not often.

I read through posts on weekend mornings while I drink my coffee, but I don't post much.

I'm gonna say 24 hours of lurking and posting per week. I am on usually all day while Im at work but not pay attention the whole time!

I would say 10-12 hours of lurking/posting (85%/15%) per week. I am logged on usually all day while Im at work but don't always have GP up the whole. I occasionally pop on the weekends to see if people got there BFPs.

I pop on during the day if I can but mostly lurk because I can't stay on long. I'm in sales so technically I should be out selling and not on the computer! At night I get on for an hour or so while watching TV
