OK, I have a strange and possibly stupid ?

in 2nd Trimester
I noticed that my stomach has a pulse (OMG I sound like a moron).  It beats, moves up and down, consistenly, usually when I'm laying on my back.  Is this bloodflow or what?  This sounds so strange as I'm typing it, feel free to flame me if I'm being an idiot but does anyone know what this is?

    increased bloodflow. it's happened to me for weeks and weeks.

    Totally normal. My DH used to think it was the baby and I had to explain to him that it matched my pulse.?

    Very normal.  Happens to me too, in fact before DH could feel our LO kick he would always say, "all I can feel is your heartbeat."

    I have the same thing, and as a first time mom it freaked me out too so I don't think your question is stupid. My doctor said that because I am still small, I can feel my own pulse due to the increased bloodflow. It does make it hard when DH is trying to feel for baby kicks, but we are both used to it now.

    I noticed this a few weeks ago too and it freaked me out to see my belly pulsing, lol. Someone on this board actually asked that question right when I was about to so I got my answer.

    THIS!  it's your own heart pulsing.  pregnant or not you can sometimes see your stomach move

    Exactly this. I've been feeling my own heartbeat in my stomach for months now.
