::Points to Blog::
Over the past two years I have worked on making lifestyle changes because dieting just didn't work for me. I have watched my portions and become more active (I got married, so that pretty white dress was good motivation!). I was also very lucky to be able to have a girlfriend to take this weight loss journey with me (love you, Ozy!).
I am not there yet, but I am very proud of the progress I've made. Another friend of mine had this picture from camping a couple summers ago that I'd never seen until a couple weeks ago. It showed me a pretty stark contrast and has motivated me to keep going. So, I thought I would share/boast a little bit!
I love being able to commiserate with so many others that are suffering through the Shred too. Keep at it ladies!

Wow. You are my inspiration! I was 335 lbs at my heaviest and dropped down to around 200 before going through fertility treatments and gaining a little back, but was having the hardest time once I got there.
You look great! I know how hard it is too as I've kept off about 80 lbs. Congratulations and good luck!!!
ETA: Chrissy--Wow! That's really impressive!
Wow! You two both look great! I am so amazed. I don't even have the willpower to loose the 10lbs I have gained since my wedding!
Love you too!! Man, those pictures are HARD to look at, yet gratifying at the same time! We did it! (most of it anyway, I'm counting on breastfeeding to catch me up to where that Shred gets you to!!)
